Chris Boggon-Ozyurt is an ex army chef who trained at the infantry centre in Wales. From there he moved into the hospitality world where he furthered his skills in seafood gastronomy. He moved to the crab in Chieveley, winner of the best seafood award in 2006, where he gained two rosettes. He then travelled the world as personal chef to Robert Miller and his family where he fell in love with the Far East and his future wife.
He returned to this country and has worked at The Old Ship Hotel, Padstow for the last four years. He has introduced his Asian style to their extensive seafood menu.
